About the brand

Olivas Gerais

Olivas Gerais was born out of the relationship between land, time and patience. Our grove was planted in 2016 in the Mantiqueira Range, at 930 meters of altitude — a region defined by favorable climate, wide thermal range and a landscape that captures the identity of Brazil's artisanal olive oil.

Every tree carries a story of adaptation, care and observation. The result is a Brazilian extra virgin olive oil — fresh, balanced and crafted to honor both its origin and the experience at the table.

Mantiqueira terroir

The flavor of a place

Altitude, climate and the natural features of the region create a singular environment for olive oil. This interplay — soil, temperature, sun exposure, terrain and human care — is what we call terroir.

In the oil, the terroir reveals itself in every drop, translating the care of the land and the work of those who tend it.
